Extraordinaria experiencia. Comida de año nuevo organizada por la residencia. Nuestra hija y yo no compartimos esa comida con mi marido desde 2019. Muy emotivo. La comida muy rica y una organización estupenda sacada adelante con mucho cariño por todos los empleados. Ojalá se lleven a cabo otras iniciativas como esta

My wife and I had the opportunity to celebrate Christmas lunch with my father, who has been a resident at this care home for several months. We thought it was a wonderful idea to be able to share that moment with him. In the dining room they set up for us, with a table for each resident and their companions (two at most), we were treated wonderfully, and the food was very, very good. But as always, the best thing, and what I can highlight most about this care home, is the staff's treatment. I'm not just talking about that one particular day, but about all these months. The affection, warmth, and constant concern that all the staff show towards our relatives is truly impressive. From here, thank you for making my father feel so comfortable there. Best regards.

We want to express our gratitude for the warm and welcoming atmosphere at the Amavir Valdebernardo residence. Throughout the year, and especially on special occasions, they organize celebrations that involve both residents and their families. A great example of this was the activities organized over several days at Christmas, or the lovely gesture of offering Roscón de Reyes (a traditional Spanish cake) with cream on Three Kings' Day to all the family members who visited the residence. The atmosphere couldn't be better. From the director to the cafeteria staff, everyone is kind, friendly, cheerful, and always has a smile on their face. As a family, we see my father very well cared for, clean, and above all, very alert and bright, which gives us great peace of mind and confidence. We are speechless with gratitude towards everyone at this residence, because it truly is one big family. That's the feeling you experience at all times. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the entire team!

The entire team treats the residents and their families with kindness and warmth—very much like family. Regarding the staff, it would be very beneficial to increase the number of caregivers per unit/floor, both for the benefit of the staff and the residents. I'm referring, above all, to the units with the most dependent or completely dependent residents. I send you my warmest regards, and once again, thank you for these past months that my aunt has been with you.

DEDICATED TO THE STAFF OF AMAVIR VALDEBERNARDO A humble resident at the Amavir Residence, would like to be present today, and raise his eloquent voice, wishing to be heard. He is ninety-six years old. After a constant struggle, when activity ceased, tranquility arrived and a delightful stillness. Many people have been the architects of this. I believe they have the right, and I do so with satisfaction, to playful verses. First comes Estela and Nuria next; Gabriela joins in, and forms a parallel line with Mayte, together. Miguel Angel takes his place, Michele keeps him company; and Sandra walks calmly without leaving the line because Geanina accompanies her. Together, Miguel and Christián, followed by Soraya, and behind them, Sara Castán, with an impassive demeanor, and Esther with measured steps. Finally, Gema arrives, accompanied by Ana, and Alejandra, who is the cream of the crop, proudly showing off her Colombian homeland. It is impossible for me to forget the people who, every day, enliven our well-being and keep it from becoming routine. To all of them, my thanks for their constant dedication. Forgive these bold remarks, which are by no means fallacies. You are not just people! You are angels!
