AMAVIR Humanes destaca por la excepcional calidad humana y dedicación de su personal en todos los ámbitos, desde la dirección hasta auxiliares y personal médico, siendo ampliamente elogiado por familiares que valoran el cuidado cariñoso y personalizado recibido por sus mayores. Sin embargo, existe una preocupación importante respecto a la calidad de la alimentación, con quejas sobre platos insuficientes y poco nutritivos que dejan a residentes sin cenar adecuadamente, aspecto que contrasta negativamente con el resto de servicios y que requiere una mejora urgente.

I'm Mayte, María José's daughter. I wanted to thank you all here for the wonderful care my mother received during the two years she lived with you. Thank you so much for everything, everyone. The care she received in her final moments was exceptional; I'll never forget it! Manoli was a wonderful person, and I'm so grateful for everything. I'm going to miss you all.

Casi 1 año que mi tía ha estado en esta residencia y solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento. Ha estado atendida y cuidada con mucho mimo. Las auxiliares maravillosas y muy cariñosas, recepción, terapeuta, médico, trabajadoras sociales, todos han cuidado a mi tía con mucho cariño y de manera excepcional y a mí me han ayudado en todo lo que he necesitado. Millones de gracias a todas y todos por ese buen hacer.

Both my father-in-law and many others complain that the food is inedible; many nights they go to bed without dinner because the soup (for example) is water with noodles, and the rest of the food is like the soup. We think they should give the kitchen a little bit of a makeover, since we're paying a lot of money for our elderly to go hungry. Please, I beg for this to be resolved. On another note, I would like to thank the staff for their kindness and care, as well as the impeccable cleanliness.

Phenomenal, from the management (Manuela) to the social worker (Mª Ángeles), to the assistants, physiotherapist (Karem), and of course the medical team. Personalized treatment and empathy, something that's hard to find these days. All the departments I've dealt with—and I don't want to leave any out—have been very, very good.
