The lack of staff is utterly disappointing. The few assistants are overwhelmed. It's a shame they spend so much money on decorations and don't invest in staff or review their salaries.

At first, it was all pampering and good intentions, but as time went on, like with the others, clothes and shoes started disappearing—only the good quality ones. And we went from exercising her to leaving her in a wheelchair parked all day. YOU CAN'T TRUST FIRST INTENTIONS.

I have a student there whom I give mobility classes twice a week. The reception staff is excellent; they are very attentive and friendly. I was able to witness an event with an entertainer singing and see all those little ones dancing despite any difficulties. I left incredibly moved. Every time I go, I can feel a wonderful atmosphere.
