People often speak ill of care homes, but I have to say that my mother feels right at home here. The staff are like family, not just to my mother, but to us as well. The medical care is excellent; the doctor and nurse are always on top of my mother's medication and medical condition. They prepare the food themselves; they have their own kitchen and don't use catering. We've been with them for two years now, and we're so grateful for how they treat my mother. I highly recommend them. Thank you to all the professionals at the center for making us feel so welcome.

My mother was at the Alba Residence in San Lorenzo until yesterday, September 9, 2025, and I want to thank the entire staff for the professional and personal treatment they showed my mother and the family and friends who visited her. I can't mention everyone, but from reception (Susana), Administration (Julieta and Gema), the nurses and caregivers on the morning and afternoon shifts, the cleaners (the residence is spotless), the doctor (Luis), and the social worker (Campillo), I would like to thank them for their behavior. Aside from the professional aspect, the entire team at the Alba Residence are excellent professionals. I would like to highlight the personal aspect: they have been very caring and kind to us at all times during such a delicate situation as caring for a dependent family member. Thank you very much! Terrible. I managed to escape, but some of my colleagues have died there. Sleep deprivation, lack of food, and lack of medicine. The entire administration treated me with disrespect; only a few of the support staff were decent. If you have a choice, don't go there.

My mother has been here for a year, and I just want to thank you for your time and for the help you gave us during the desperate time of her admission. We just moved her closer to our home because we live 500 km away and it was difficult for us to provide family care. If we had been closer, it would have been her permanent home. Thank you.

It looks like a well-established care home. My great-grandmother stayed there and we were very happy with it. The management and staff were attentive.
