La Residencia San Roque goza generalmente de muy buena reputación por su atención de calidad, instalaciones limpias y espaciosas, comida excepcional y el cuidado dedicado de las hermanas, lo que se refleja en la felicidad y bienestar de los residentes mayores. Sin embargo, algunos visitantes han reportado experiencias negativas relacionadas con la falta de cortesía del personal en la recepción y comportamientos inapropiados de algunos residentes, lo que indica que hay áreas donde la calidad del trato al público podría mejorarse.

Goodness exists; you only have to enter this place to clearly see that it has been touched by God. The sisters are kind, the food is like in a good restaurant, the rooms are spacious and very clean. The elderly residents look happy and clean. Thank you for your charity and dedication, sisters.

I wasn't so lucky. When you donate, you don't expect recognition, but you do expect a "hello, how can I help you?" I'm not from Lugo; I was just passing through and felt like leaving a donation. I donated some clothes, almost all of them brand new. The man who answered the door asked me, "What do you want?" It wasn't pleasant at all. He called to let them know I was there, and I managed to hear him reply on the other end: "I left it there, that's all!" "Leave it there," he said with his back to me. I left the brand-new bag and the clothes on the floor and left with a bad feeling. I regretted it, but then I told myself: Do good and don't look at who you're doing it for. A "hello" and a "thank you" don't cost anything. Being kind doesn't cost anything either.

It's an amazing place! Spacious, attentive, and friendly, with a beautiful garden! The food is exceptional, and everyone is so happy to be there, which is what matters most to me. My grandfather lives there; he came from another nursing home, and it even changed his complexion. We are delighted with the sisters and the Mother Superior, and of course, with all the staff who work there and make it possible for our elderly residents to be well cared for.

There's a man sitting outside after lunch who's stopped me several times, asking for my phone number and asking if I'd like to be his friend. He's short, has a cane, has a bit of gray hair, and is a bit chubby. If he continues like this, I'll file a complaint or speak to the police.
