We took the relative to the emergency room and returned around three. We called and no one answered the door. We were out in the cold for over half an hour. It's not normal that there's no one at reception or anyone to answer the doors. We understand that there are visiting hours, but can't we answer the phone? And of course, since it's already past lunchtime, we won't eat until snack time.

We're so glad we decided to take my godfather there almost two years ago. We definitely recommend it. He's delighted and happy, and we're even happier to see him like this. He's very integrated with his peers, with whom he shares activities and board games. The facilities are very good, but the staff is the best part—so attentive to the elderly. You can see they're truly dedicated. Thank you so much for taking such good care of him and making him feel so welcome there. Thank you!

Shortly after my mother entered this care home, she began to lose weight alarmingly despite the nutritional shakes prescribed by her endocrinologist. (I doubt they even gave them to her.) Fortunately, we were able to move her from this facility to another where, over time, she regained her normal weight. On the other hand, the caregivers (with a few exceptions) were consistently unempathetic, rude, and lacked any sense of vocation. A truly deplorable experience.

This residence is 100% recommended. The price is reasonable and the service is excellent. I'm delighted with the care my mother receives, and she's very happy. They keep me regularly updated on everything, and I'm very grateful to all the staff.
