Opiniones

The entire family is grateful for the treatment they received, which has made them feel at home for a year. We would like to thank all the nursing home staff for their care, affection, and professional expertise. The nursing home is modern and bright, the food is good and varied, and the attention to detail is truly top-notch.

I'll start by saying that my mother has the perfect head. What she sees and hears is true. I'll just say one thing... I took her on September 18th for a 45-day temporary stay, and she was fine. On the 21st, I had to pick her up because, in various calls we made to check on her, she complained, among other things, that "this is hell." The medication was bad, and the treatment was bad. In the three days she was there, several items of clothing disappeared, coincidentally the newest ones. They told me they would send them to me and I would pay the shipping, but I'm not expecting them anymore. I'll leave it at that.

The treatment of the elderly residents by most of the caregivers is generally quite good; they are warm and caring. However, there are some instances where the way some of them treat the residents leaves much to be desired. Fortunately, these are isolated cases, but I believe action should be taken against these individuals, as the elderly do not deserve to be spoken to rudely. Furthermore, there should be stricter control of the rooms, as thefts occur from them, including from closets, etc. As for the facilities and services, they are quite good, offering rehabilitation services several times a week, nursing care, occupational therapy, and more.

My two grandparents have been in this nursing home, and the experience has been wonderful. They were both admitted in 2013; my grandfather passed away in 2016, and my grandmother in 2021. The treatment they received has been beyond excellent, with care, affection, and concern for and toward them at all times. Management and some of the staff even called my mother to offer their condolences in both cases. Thank you so much for the care you took. I'm sure you're both as grateful as we are.

The treatment of the workers is terrible. My mother went to a speech therapist for movement rehabilitation and to work, and in the four days she was there before they knocked her out of bed and took her to the ER, they would get her up at 8 AM and sit her in a chair until 8 PM. No rehabilitation or anything. They just want to get paid, period.
