My relative left this care home. They promise certain services that turn out to be just a gimmick. They complained to management about certain things, but they ignored them. They had a doctor, Dr. Chan, who left after a month or two at most, another nurse, and some aides who also suddenly started disappearing. It was unusual, but they said the staff wasn't treated well; imagine how the residents felt. The food was like a soup kitchen. For dinner, they had a slice of ham, a slice of Burgos cheese, and a piece of bagged fried rice from the supermarket. One day, they told us they found hairs in the mashed potatoes, and nobody wears a hairnet. The aides wander around the kitchen unsupervised. They don't have a podiatrist; the toenails looked like wolf cub claws. They promise care and services that simply don't exist. Our elders are our elders. Demand and seek justice ⚖️.

Excellent care and facilities, but the food needs urgent improvement. I write this review with a heavy heart because there are exceptional aspects of this nursing home that deserve recognition, but also a critical deficiency that I cannot overlook. The facilities are impeccable and the staff is simply exceptional. Each caregiver demonstrates a warmth and professionalism that comforts both residents and families. The location is privileged, and the overall atmosphere conveys peace and caring. It's evident that there is a team committed to the well-being of our seniors. Unfortunately, the quality of the food falls far short of the standards residents deserve. Out of a full week, only the days when soups and stews are served are acceptable. The remaining meals are of such poor quality that many residents barely touch them. For seniors, nutrition is not just pleasure; it is health and dignity. Seeing our loved ones reject food day after day is disheartening. Proper nutrition is essential for their physical and emotional well-being. A nursing home with such a valuable team and such well-maintained facilities deserves a kitchen that's up to par. I sincerely hope this feedback helps improve this fundamental aspect. Residents and their families deserve excellence in all aspects of care. I would recommend this nursing home for its staff and facilities, but I hope the food improves soon. It would be fantastic to have a nutritionist or review the suppliers. Update for July 2025: Thank you to those responsible for listening and for the improvement in the nutrition. They have already informed me of the increased quality of the food, and I wanted to express my gratitude from here. You are a 10/10 team. Thank you for taking care of our seniors. Keep it up! Update for October 2025: I deeply regret having to correct what I wrote in July. The food has not only worsened again, but is worse than ever. The dishes are so poor and of such low quality that most residents barely eat. The situation is so evident that many are banging their spoons on the table, demanding decent food. I repeat what I said before: our seniors are not stupid; they know perfectly well when they are offered a well-prepared meal and when they are not. Nutrition at this stage of life is not a small detail: it is health, dignity, and emotional well-being. It pains me to have to insist because the rest of the residence—the staff and the facilities—remains impeccable and full of care, but the kitchen is seriously failing. I pray that this time it will not be a one-time change, but a real and stable improvement over time. Our seniors deserve it.

If you truly care about your family, don't put them in this residence. The staff are generally unfriendly, with a few exceptions; the food is dreadful; the cleaning is minimal; and especially in winter, the heating in the rooms is either inadequate or nonexistent. Be careful with personal items like perfumes and other belongings; they disappear without explanation. It's a disgrace, and it's not exactly cheap.

Overall, we are happy with our stay at the residence. My mother came in to recover after a hospital stay, where she lost what little mobility she had. After 45 days, she was able to recover thanks to the excellent work of the physiotherapist, Bea, and the therapist, María. They helped her walk again and become independent (within her limitations). We also appreciate the work of the lovely caregivers like Ana, Mónica, Lorena, Ana, Jaime, and the nurse and doctor. We are not so happy with the food, which is not very good and the portions are small. I mustn't forget the reception staff, and of course Rocío, the social worker, who are very professional.

The treatment of residents is appalling, with inadequate medication administration and no doctor for over a week. The management is a joke; after experiencing the death of a family member, they claim to have tried to contact the family, which is a lie. It's also a lie that they are fully committed to administering every prescribed medication to each resident. If you are seriously considering this residence for a family member, do not take them here. They take absolutely no responsibility, they don't care about anything, and they are completely unaware that they are playing with human lives.
