Opiniones

My experience with the management of the residence has been terrible. I don't believe they belong to Cáritas because they lack empathy for the residents. As for the staff, they are definitely understaffed, the food is getting worse and worse, and whenever you want to speak to someone in charge to make a complaint, they're always in a meeting. I don't know how they can't solve the problems with so many meetings. They tell you to contact them through the proper channels, but in a year I've been unable to speak to them at all.

My grandmother lives there, and I'm grateful for the care they provide. However, I think all the credit goes to the caregivers who work closely with the residents. I believe more staff is needed because I've seen the workers overwhelmed. The owners of the residence must take care of their employees, as the well-being of our elderly depends on them. It's a disgrace that there are only six workers for 120 dependent seniors. Please, our elderly deserve the best care.

This review is a shame, but I hope it helps them improve. At first, the treatment was very good, including the food, but as the residence has filled up and the staff hasn't increased, the treatment has become appalling, as has the food and medical service. They treat people like furniture, and that's unacceptable in a Caritas residence. I don't recommend it; they need to provide more appropriate treatment.

This is the first time I've needed a care home, and I'm delighted with the care I've received from the staff. Most importantly, I'm very relieved because my father is being very well looked after and is recovering quite well. The physiotherapist is doing an outstanding job; he came in barely able to walk, and after three weeks he's already walking with his walker and seems much better than when he arrived. Congratulations to all the staff at this center. Thank you so much for your help.

The worst thing I've ever seen in my life... calling something hell itself "Caritas." The management is awful and unprofessional. The assistants are exhausted and overworked. It's inhumane. In one year, I've seen more than 30 assistants come through. I have the data, I'm not lying. The worst of the worst...
