Through these lines, I wish to express our gratitude for the excellent service and compassion shown in the care of my mother, María Flores. What sets this residence apart is the warm and empathetic treatment provided by its staff. We have witnessed impeccable professionalism combined with extraordinary sensitivity, something fundamental in the care of our elders. Thank you for always prioritizing their well-being and for keeping us informed and at ease. Finding a place where they not only attend to physical needs but also provide that much-needed human warmth has been an immense relief for our family. Thank you for treating her with dignity, for every smile, and for making her feel at home at all times. I would like to highlight the professionalism and compassion of the nurse who cared for my mother until the very end. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Irya, and thank you to the caregivers María Jo, Noemi, and Rosa for their affection and patience. Thank you. Would I recommend this residence? Yes! Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the entire team at El Jardín.

My father recently passed away. He was young, and I'm writing this review to help others looking for a care home for their loved ones, based on my experience and his. 1. They have a doctor and a nurse. Both are very professional, and it's rare that they're not there (every single day). They make referrals quickly, saving a lot of money. They're in constant contact with the University Hospital of Guayaquil (HUG) and greatly simplify the administrative tasks. This, for me, is the most important thing. 2. The caregivers are attentive to everything. And they have a great deal of patience with the families... and with the residents themselves. Which is exactly what we families need. 3. Excellent overall hygiene: everything is very clean. 4. The food is excellent: my father ate very well, and it's something he always praised about the care home. It was a very good dining room, and he emphasized that they cooked very well. They prepare everything there. 5. It's a business, of course, but it has a family feel. The owners are present and always involved in everything. They also facilitate many procedures (notary services, administrative services, etc.). 6. The treatment of residents with disabilities is good. I mention this because it's very difficult to leave a family member and trust that they will be treated well when they can't express themselves. This is from the perspective of someone who sadly passed away at 72, having been well-adjusted. 7. It's a very family-oriented residence, small in size, which makes for a very personal touch and good management. I'm referring to everything in general (appointment scheduling, day-to-day management, etc.). 8. Excellent staff. I won't mention names out of respect for them, but some staff members go far beyond their duties. I'm sorry I couldn't say goodbye to everyone... They work very hard and do everything, but they do it with enthusiasm. 9. Large courtyard. Having so much space is appreciated. It's something my father and I really enjoyed. It's typical to see children playing around there, and in spring the gardens are beautiful. It's not a drab residence. Conclusion: I would choose this residence again. No residence is perfect, but this one works very well. And a big thank you to all the staff for everything (if anyone is reading this). We only had to say goodbye to a few people. Take good care!

Very bad experience. Unprofessional staff from assistants to management. Constant lack of respect towards family members.

I had a bad experience today. A caregiver was rude and disrespectful. It was shameful.

It's an exceptional place for senior care. Humanity and dedication to the utmost.
