La Residencia San Bartolomé destaca por su atmósfera acogedora, personal amable y director dedicado (Mariola) que genera confianza en las familias, con especial reconocimiento por su excelente gestión durante la pandemia de COVID. Sin embargo, existe un problema significativo relacionado con la devolución de depósitos, ya que al menos un usuario reporta retrasos considerables en la restitución de fondos a pesar de haber dado aviso previo de salida.

We have my mother, who has Alzheimer's, in this nursing home, and she feels at home. Above all, the peace of mind that she's in good hands and that they treat her very well. That would be normal, but unfortunately, many nursing homes are pathetic. I recommend this one 100%.
