As far as hygiene is concerned, it's a 0, a CAPITAL ZERO. If you run your finger along the shelf in my attic's room, it's covered in dust. The windows are all dirty; they haven't been cleaned since the Middle Ages. The front window of the residence also looks dirty. Less scrubbing and cleaning the floor, more cleaning the windows.

Either people are afraid to speak the truth, or I don't know, why can't I give it a 0? It doesn't give the impression of a nursing home. For example, at the main entrance, there's an elderly man in a wheelchair, about 70 years old, smoking a cigar. They haven't swept or dusted since the opening, more or less. In the nursing homes, there's no one looking after the elderly. Sometimes someone shows up, pretends to take care of them, and then leaves.
