Sanitas Residencial Miramón cuenta con un equipo de profesionales muy dedicados y afectuosos que son ampliamente elogiados por la mayoría de los residentes y sus familias, destacándose la calidad del trato personalizado y las instalaciones. Sin embargo, existe una reseña significativamente negativa que cuestiona la calidad de la alimentación, la disponibilidad de dietas especializadas, el suministro de artículos básicos de higiene y la profesionalidad en situaciones críticas, lo que sugiere una inconsistencia en los estándares de atención.

We have the housekeeper who was admitted a few years ago on the 2nd floor, and Támara, Esti, Angelica, and Sabrína are very professional, and Hugo is outstanding. It's a pleasure to see how lovingly he treats patients and family members: always with a smile, super friendly and attentive. Hats off to him. Thank you, best regards.

I had a family member in this care home for the last four months of their life, and I want to bring attention to the appalling treatment both the resident and my family received. The meals were meager and poorly prepared. There were no special diets available for specific conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, or gastroenteritis. The care provided to the residents was very poor; soap, moisturizer, and other necessities had to be brought from home, in addition to a very high monthly fee. Where does that money go? The staff's behavior was completely unprofessional, from facilitating medical appointments to the final, insensitive delivery of the death over the phone. The nursing staff delivered the news, even though it wasn't their responsibility, and didn't give us the opportunity to speak with the doctor.

It's been almost two years since my mother arrived there, and the more time passes, the more I feel we hit the bullseye. Besides the center itself, the staff is fantastic; they speak to her with such affection, always offering a gentle touch, a smile, help, and respect—everyone, absolutely everyone. My father spent three months at Sanitas recovering from a pelvic injury, and we are very grateful for the care and kind treatment he received throughout his stay. They treated us personally, addressing every need that arose in a very professional manner. The location and surroundings make it easy to drive and park, there are frequent buses, open-air spaces for strolling, and a wonderful bar with an indoor and outdoor terrace right across the street, El Fogón de Miramón, which greatly helps family members visit and spend quality time with them.
