Opiniones

Our nurse has been at Villa Sacramento for almost two years, and we are delighted. She feels very well cared for, and this gives us peace of mind. Furthermore, the care received by the family, when needed, has been excellent. Thank you, Idoia, Enara, Elena, the healthcare staff, physiotherapists, and assistants, for your kindness and professionalism.

My mother has been in the care home for 7 months, and we want to express our gratitude for the care she receives. We want to congratulate all the staff, starting with reception, nursing, Dr. Claudia (exceptional), the caregivers, etc. They treat my mother and our family with such kindness and respect! We especially want to highlight the social worker, Enara, who is very approachable and always willing to help us. Attentive and kind! Thank you for taking care of us. Keep up the good work!

A disaster. I contacted them for an urgent need, and at first, everything was fine. Then they told me they'd call me back. I've been waiting for more than two days, and they still haven't heard back. When I call and try to speak to the assistant or social worker, they give me the runaround. I've wasted a lot of time with them. In a situation where you need empathy the most, they're not up to the task.

Our mother has been at the residence for six months, and she has been very well cared for and has thoroughly enjoyed all the activities. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming; it's like a big family, and that's truly appreciated. I would recommend it 100%. Thank you so much for being who you are and for your work.

It has its good and bad points. In our case, the people were very friendly and the facilities were very good. We complained several times about the food, and it seems to have improved somewhat. We've been asking for clothes that have been missing for weeks, and we've left without being able to get them back because, according to the housekeeper, they don't have any. I tried to talk to her, but there was no way; she was always in a meeting. People would send her messages and say she'd call me back, but in eight months she didn't call me even once. Where are the missing clothes? They must have some room full of clothes they don't know who they belong to because this happens to other people too. I'm not the only one speaking. And who's going to pay for those clothes? We bought clothes to move into the residence, and I've had to buy nightgowns and jackets again because they don't know where they are. The clothing management is a disaster and completely disorganized, and the housekeeper doesn't seem to care; at least, we haven't seen her show the slightest interest.
