DomusVi Berra recibe opiniones muy polarizadas: mientras que la mayoría de usuarios destacan las excelentes instalaciones, la atención profesional y empática del equipo, y la recuperación o bienestar de sus familiares durante su estancia, hay críticas severas sobre el estado de las instalaciones (pintura descascarada, falta de equipamiento), la falta de personal suficiente y la calidad inconsistente de la atención en algunos casos. First of all, I would like to highlight the magnificent facilities, a very large garden, rooms, and cafeteria. As the Estrada family, I would like to highlight that my father entered the residence in extremely poor health, but thanks to the care and treatment he received, he recovered to the point of living longer, reaching 100 years of age. From the first to the last, the treatment of our father and his family members was exquisite, right up to the very last day. I would like to highlight the good relationship we have always had with all the professionals and the rest of the family. It is a residence where you feel at home and always feel at home.

I want to thank the entire Berra team for the care, attention, and professionalism with which they worked with my aunt during her stay. From the first day, we felt informed and at ease because the entire staff (assistants, kitchen and service staff, and technical team) went out of their way to attend to her needs and to address all our concerns with empathy and care. Thank you for everything.

The worst care home I've ever been to. Facilities: peeling paint in the rooms, in need of a fresh coat, no TVs in the rooms... Staff: mostly rude and confrontational with family members, lacking empathy, poorly trained, or if trained, not practicing their profession. They leave our elderly residents alone, dirty, neglected, and without activities. To them, they're just a number. If there are three staff members to care for 20, they go to their breaks in pairs, exacerbating the problem and increasing the risk of falls. They don't know how or want to take care of the equipment residents need to live (breathing machines, dentures, personal accessories, etc.). This is just a small sample of what happens at Domus Vi Berra. This is working; they cleaned the machine three days ago. Thank you. Let's hope they continue to improve.

My family's experience with my father's care was very positive. He received constant attention. The hygiene of both the residence and the patient was excellent. He said the food was delicious. The room was comfortable and spacious. We are very grateful to all the staff. Thank you very much.
