Opiniones

A family member has been living here for the past few years and they have entertainment of many kinds, acting, cinema, bingo, board games,... During good weather days, there is a big garden area with lots of seating, big trees and table and chairs for the residents and visitors to use. There is a small patch of land where a resident grows vegetables. The staff is very helpful and friendly. And as most of them have been working there for a long time, everyone know everybody.

After requesting a space from the Zorroaga management to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the house, the only thing offered was the parking lot, despite the fact that we could enjoy unused gardens without disturbing other residents.

Senior residence. It has green areas with trees where they can walk and enjoy themselves when the weather is nice. The staff is very friendly and provides excellent care.

The staff is very attentive and friendly, except in the cafeteria. If you want a coffee and don't have change, you're out of luck because, in the 21st century, they don't have a card reader. And if they've already given you change and it's not enough, they'd rather throw it down the sink than let you drink it ten cents short. It's happened to me. It's a disgraceful cafeteria with a clerk who's more concerned with smoking by the door than serving customers.

My mother has been there for over two years, and frankly, the food is cheap and consequently bad. In my opinion, there should be more staff to provide better care. Of course, this is the reality behind non-profit foundations. I recommend looking for other options before taking the plunge. When we moved my mother from another residence, I felt like we were being taken for a ride. By the way, the cafeteria is a whole other story—completely unprofessional.
