La Residencial Cervantes presenta opiniones extremadamente polarizadas que reflejan serias preocupaciones sobre la calidad y seguridad de la atención, especialmente respecto a residentes con altas necesidades médicas y vulnerabilidad, con reportes de negligencia, falta de seguimiento médico y comportamientos abusivos hacia ancianos sin familia cercana; aunque algunos usuarios reportan una buena experiencia inicial y satisfacción con el trato del personal, las críticas negativas son más numerosas y graves, sugiriendo deficiencias significativas en supervisión y protocolos de cuidado que no inspiran confianza generalizada.

My mother was in this nursing home as a dependent person, with significant medical needs. Unfortunately, in her case, she did not receive the care or medical follow-up she required, and she ultimately passed away. As family members, it's difficult to place the trust in the care of vulnerable people. It's difficult, and once you do, living through these experiences causes suffering. We just want at least professionalism and humanity, so that no one has to go through what we've been through again. I understand that these centers have a lot of responsibility, and it's not easy, but I believe it's essential to strengthen supervision and care in cases of people with higher levels of dependency and serious health problems. I hope this review will serve to further improve protocols and ensure more personalized and rigorous care for those who need it most.
