Opiniones

- Lack of staff; if they have assistants on sick leave, they are not replaced. - All the elderly are mixed into two dining rooms, literally parked, lack of surveillance. - Little to no care for the elderly; they cover the basics, food and hygiene... the latter only when necessary. - Little oversight of the elderly; they run away from the residence. - If the elderly person is bothersome because of their mental illness... it's better not to take them; they are very bothersome. - Little to no medical care; I don't think they meet the expected standards; they are unable to detect if an elderly person is sick. - In short, and I'm being conservative, if you love your loved ones, try as much as possible not to take them there.

I go very often, and I live quite far away. The care is excellent, especially the hygiene and food. They show so much affection to our elderly residents, and that's priceless.

Lack of professionalism and staff, disastrous organizational management and, finally, a poor atmosphere, a remote residence that looks more like a psychiatric hospital. I wouldn't take my grandparents, it's up to you...

We are happy. My father is very well looked after, he is comfortable, the place is very clean. It is true that more staff is needed. Everyone is very friendly and does their best. Overall, everything is very good.

There's no air conditioning. The elderly need care, but at night they're left to their own devices. People who need to use the restroom but can't get up are treated like they've been helped once during the night, and that's how it goes… then there are falls, and it's not their fault… this is due to the lack of staff. They have all the elderly people mixed together, the dependent ones with those who are a little more independent, because they can't keep up with everything, and it's the mentally sound elderly who suffer the most… It's shameful that these people, who have fought so hard in life, end up with such appalling care.
