I just want to thank all the staff for the treatment and care of my family member, I apologize for my disobedience, for doing things before thinking about them and above all a thousand apologies to the nursing staff, because when you notice that a family member is fading like a candle, you either don't realize it or you don't want to accept it, and if I have said some inaccurate things, I apologize a thousand times, especially to Pablo, well to everyone, thank you, thank you, thank you. I recommend it 100% because there are few like these, I thank the director and supervisor for how well they behaved with the family members in the worst moments of life. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

"My comment isn't directed against the staff who care for the residents; quite the opposite. My mother, Ramona Benítez, is alive thanks to a human being who expedited the paperwork so she could be seen at the clinic, and not thanks to the doctor they were expecting but who never showed up. 'Supposedly.' My mother decided to try a sort of vacation in August of this year, and everything seemed to be going well—well, not the air conditioning, I don't think there is any. About two weeks passed, and she contracted H1N1 influenza, as diagnosed at the Perpetuo Socorro Hospital in Albacete. It was serious, and she had to receive a blood transfusion. I don't know what responsibility the nursing home might have had in such a case, and it wasn't the only one. In the same room, there was another woman from the residence with the same prognosis. I don't know who arranged the transfer. My brothers, who were in the village, took my mother. I went so my wife could relieve my sister; one of us would do the nights, and the other... On other days, I made four trips from the village to Albacete and back to do the aforementioned shift changes. As I said, I don't know who was responsible for my mother's infection at the nursing home, but I thought it was despicable that they charged her for the entire month of August, and since we had to book for September at the end of that month, they charged us for that too, even though my mother never showed up at the facility. The whole thing cost almost four thousand euros for a couple of weeks, more or less. Very expensive if it had been a joke, but no, money talks. There was no leniency regarding the payment, even though she was infected at the nursing home. Allegedly. "As of today, April 29, 2025, I am still waiting for a written response to my review, as required since it is a public review. They haven't responded. Instead, they supposedly called me, claiming they had previously asked one of my sisters to do so, and I have no record of this. This is outrageous; they completely disregarded data privacy. In short, if I had wanted to speak with you, I would have done so by phone, but that wasn't the case. I filed a complaint through a review, and you contacted my sister. That being said, I am still waiting for your response."

Very good facilities, excellent cognitive stimulation, and the treatment of the elderly is quite good despite the general staff shortages. The areas are very well defined according to the resident's condition.

They don't have enough staff to care for everyone. Excessive sedation and fluid retention. What they tell you initially is nothing like the reality. They paint a rosy picture. I deeply regret admitting my family member there. I admitted one person and they sent another back. I absolutely do not recommend it. Disappointed and very angry.

Well, I have to say that until a few months ago, everything was going very well. The staff, honestly, are lovely people, just as they are. Even though they have too much work, the dedication shown by some people is appreciated. Except for one person, who stole a ring from my 86-year-old mother about three weeks ago while she was sleeping. Supposedly, no one knows who it is, because, by the way, no one can be accused, says the manager, and I understand, but she doubts my mother's word, who, by the way, is quite sane, and I don't think several people enter the room at night. That said, whoever it was, I think it was very vile, evil, and with a very dark heart, stealing a ring from a helpless elderly woman, not for what it's worth, but for the sentimental value it holds for her, and for the rest of her life. I find what happened shameful. She's been terribly upset. I just wish and hope that karma repays that person with an equally bad or worse action, because you have to be evil to do that. Sorry for the nonsense I've told, but... think carefully about what you do with your elders!
