Centro Residencial Savia Castellón muestra resultados contradictorios: la mayoría de reseñas destacan el profesionalismo, dedicación y buen trato del equipo, especialmente tras los cambios de dirección reciente, con familias muy satisfechas con la calidad de atención y las instalaciones. I am Dolores' daughter. My mother has been here for five years, and the last year has been disastrous. Some staff members mistreat the residents, they go hungry, and there is no organization. I've been trying for a year to find out who pinches, shakes, and insults my mother. This problem, and others that have arisen, remain unresolved. At this time, I would not recommend Savia and I am going to hire a lawyer to see what I can do. Not only for my mother, but also for the other residents who are experiencing the same thing.

Since the change of management, it has seen a substantial improvement. Over the last year, Director Blanca seems to be making a great effort to improve things, and it shows. It has very good facilities. The staff cares for our seniors with care. I hope this continues over time. Keep it up, Blanca.

I've finished my physiotherapy placement here, and I absolutely loved it. I felt very supported by the entire team. I'm so grateful for the treatment I received, both from the staff and the residents. Joel was my supervisor, a fantastic professional who taught me so much as a physiotherapist. I'd also like to thank Elena, the center's director, for giving me the opportunity to do my placement here. There's a great atmosphere at the residence, and that's reflected in the quality of the residents. For me, it's been an excellent experience.
