Without a doubt, the worst nursing home in Castellón. The director's treatment of the residents is shameful. The facilities, and especially the rooms, are infested with cockroaches. They only organize activities for four residents, neglecting the rest. They let them relieve themselves on the floor even when they ask to use the toilet. The food is awful. I worked there for two months and was treated terribly. Don't take your family members to this nursing home because they have absolutely no regard for human dignity. They have no values or principles, and above all, they treat the staff very badly.

Simply perfect. I think I'll reserve a spot right now. The staff is lovely. A warm and welcoming atmosphere. It feels like a 5-star hotel. It quickly becomes like a retirement home. When I walked in, I was captivated by the decor and lighting. The terrace area is lovely. And I've heard that the food is fantastic, according to the residents. Everyone laughs and feels like family. I think I'll reserve a spot just in case. Simply the kind of place where I wouldn't mind growing old. 5 stars

We admitted my grandmother a few months ago, and the change she's undergone is incredible. All the caregivers and nurses are wonderful. The staff and management are always available whenever we need any kind of help or guidance. Our whole family is very grateful to everyone. The facilities are very clean and well-maintained.

I want to express my profound disappointment with this care home. Initially, they assured us that my sister would be admitted and led us to believe that everything was in order. However, after several days of waiting and negotiations, they informed us that they would not accept her because, due to her intellectual disability and occasional behavioral issues, they consider her an "aggressive person." Nothing could be further from the truth, as she is a sociable and affectionate person with the mentality of a child. I find it unacceptable that they would play with the expectations and needs of a family seeking support for a vulnerable loved one. If they were not willing to admit her from the beginning, they should have stated so clearly and honestly. This type of treatment is not only unprofessional but also deeply insensitive. I hope this review serves as a warning to other families and prompts the care home to reflect on how it handles these cases.

My relative has been admitted to this nursing home for a couple of months. We couldn't be happier with the care received by the entire team: assistants, nurses, medical staff, and the entire management team. He was admitted for recovery and now doesn't want to go home. We've been incredibly grateful from the very beginning for seeing the improvement and for the care at every level.
