My mother passed away a few days ago at that residence at the age of 99, after many years there, most of them without a full understanding of her surroundings, and in the last five years, practically without any understanding of reality at all. What I would have wished for my family in that situation was kindness, professionalism, responsible staff, efficient and trustworthy people—in short, everything one hopes to provide for loved ones in such circumstances. And thanks to the staff at Oasis Residence, that is precisely what my mother found during her years there, and also something as important as the affection she felt during each of the visits my children and I made.

Oasis Palace is, without a doubt, a truly wonderful home. What stands out most is its staff; they care for the residents with such affection and dedication that you feel like family. I want to leave a very positive review of the Oasis Residence in Benicàssim. My father was admitted in September to recover from a fractured femur and also suffers from Alzheimer's. He was there for almost four months, and we are leaving with a tremendous sense of peace and gratitude. The facilities are spacious, bright, and pleasant, designed to make the elderly feel comfortable. It gave me great peace of mind to see the residents accompanied, cared for, and generally happy. They participate in activities, are entertained, and are kept active within their capabilities. The staff cares for the residents with affection, patience, and dedication, and that means everything to a family, especially when dealing with someone with cognitive impairment. There is also a very committed management team, dedicated and dedicated; it doesn't feel like "a business," but rather a place where the well-being of each person truly matters. If anyone has doubts or fears about taking a family member to a care home, in our case, it was a good decision, and we felt that my father was in good hands. Thanks to the entire Oasis team for the treatment and care during these months.

As residents of this care home, we can only say good things. The staff's treatment has been excellent—doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, psychologist, caregivers, management, kitchen staff, cleaning staff—in short, everyone at the residence is like family and highly professional. We have felt at home and very cared for by everyone; the affection they give to the residents is immense. They don't hesitate to do anything you ask for; on the contrary, they give you all the help possible to resolve any problem. In particular, my husband arrived in very poor condition after four months in the hospital. He couldn't stand on his own, nor could he even eat without help. Thanks to everyone's care, today he walks on his own and eats everything without assistance. I can only express my gratitude for all the effort they have made to help him improve despite his illness. We can hardly believe it, as he has even improved cognitively; he even recognizes who is calling him on the phone again. We can only recommend this residence with the absolute certainty that anyone who uses it will feel very well supported, treated very well, and generally very well cared for. The organization is incredible in everything, from the common rooms and gym to the dining room—everything. We truly never imagined a residence could be so, so pleasant.
