I played at this nursing home, and I must say it was a truly wonderful experience. The joy and emotion I saw on their faces as they listened to mariachi music was truly moving. The staff at this facility played a vital role in making this celebration possible. Their dedication and support were essential in allowing us to bring a little happiness to these wonderful seniors. It was a reminder of the magic that music can bring to our lives and how it can connect generations. Seeing the smiles and grateful looks on the residents' faces fills me with joy and gratitude for having had the opportunity to be part of this experience. It's important to highlight the value of these spaces that provide love and care to our loved ones in their golden years. It was an honor to share this music with them and create a special moment that I'm sure they will cherish in their hearts. Thank you to everyone who made this possible and allowed this celebration to be so special.

My mother was there, and we had to go up every day. They tried to break me down emotionally, but they couldn't. There was a Colombian nurse who didn't have the proper paperwork to practice in Spain, and a South American doctor in the same situation. The few staff members were poorly paid, and they left quickly. My mother's medication was administered incorrectly by that nurse, who, by the way, I've heard was recently fired for not having his paperwork in order. But they kept the doctor on. It was chaos, but I imagine it's the same everywhere. Inspectors would come by, and it was like nothing was amiss; everything was fine and proper, even though during one visit I told them there was neither a doctor nor a nurse that day, and the jerk didn't even look at me.

The center has excellent facilities in an environment that transmits peace and tranquility, the management team and the caregivers have incredible human quality, you are free to accompany your family member at any time and place in the center, I am very grateful to all the staff and I wish the government would offer more help to achieve more personalized care due to the high degree of dependency of the residents.

Everyone should work at least 24 hours a day to know how hard that job is. You do an excellent job; you always greet people with a smile. And the way you treat all the elderly residents and their families is outstanding. For me, this residence gets a 10 out of 10.

Excellent facilities, with a special natural setting and close to the Magdalena Chapel. It has a magnificent team of professionals who provide wonderful service and offers a wide variety of activities.
