Opiniones

My father stayed at this residence and I am so grateful for the kind and compassionate care he received. Highly recommended.

We went to visit a relative and were delighted with both the surroundings and the staff's hospitality and the manager's friendliness. Furthermore, the facilities were formerly a hotel, and you can still feel that special atmosphere. It's in an unbeatable location.

Last Thursday afternoon, around 6:00 PM, we went to visit a relative I see frequently. We had always trusted this nursing home, considering it one of the best in the area, both for the services they offer and for the care they initially provided to the elderly. That's why we decided our aunt should live there. However, what my wife and I overheard made us change our minds. We witnessed one of the caregivers say to an elderly woman, and I quote, "Shut up, or you'll just die already." I don't know her name, but she was wearing a rainbow bracelet and glasses. And to top it all off, the same young man greeted us as if nothing had happened—in fact, he was very friendly—and started smoking next to us without any regard for whether the smoke bothered us. At that moment, we seriously considered moving our aunt to a different care home because, given that the center is full of cameras, it's very sad to think that there's so little vetting when hiring or retaining staff who take such poor care of our loved ones. If they're having a bad day, they have absolutely no right to treat an elderly person like that, especially since they work in that field. I find it shameful and sad, truly.

Hi. Hopefully I'll see other comments. I wanted to register my mom. Ugh, thanks to everyone who's commented. I won't choose this place.

I had a family member stay here for a while and we were very happy with the staff's kindness and hospitality. The facilities are spectacular. Thank you.
