Good morning. I'm writing to express my gratitude to Mara, who is a very kind and caring person to the residents and their families, and to the lovely staff. My father passed away there, but his time there was peaceful, pleasant, and he received excellent care. Best wishes to everyone. I am so grateful for everything; I'm speechless.

It's a wonderful place, with such warmth, professionalism, cleanliness, decor, views, spaciousness—everything is incredibly luxurious. It's more like a top-notch country hotel. Congratulations on creating such a high-quality senior living residence.

My aunt Maria arrived at La Arboleda at 93, having lived her entire life in the same house. From the very first moment, we were struck by the family atmosphere and the exquisite, caring treatment the residents receive. The fact that it's a small residence located in a village house with a garden, and that many of the residents have lived in the area, makes it much easier for them to get along with each other and with visitors, and group conversations are common. The bedrooms are spacious, cheerful, and bright, and the common areas are very pleasant, especially the glassed-in porch and the garden, full of flowers from spring onwards, where they spend wonderful afternoons when the weather is nice. Whenever possible, they use produce from their own garden to prepare the meals. Mara, Marina, and the rest of the staff are friendly and professional. Honestly, a perfect 10 residence.
