The lack of staff is detrimental to the residents. My aunt told me that mornings are awful, that there's a man who treats her terribly, and the management of the residence is a disaster; there's always a shortage of everything. They lack essential items like sanitary pads and diapers, not to mention the lack of attention from the doctor or nurse regarding diaper rash from wearing a diaper all day. They've woken her up at 6:30 in the morning to bathe her, and most days they do her personal hygiene, which is outrageous considering they spend all day in the common room and they're forced to get up early for both bathing and personal hygiene.

A fantastic residence. I did my physiotherapy placement there and it was incredible. You learn so much from both the physiotherapists and the residents. All the staff, not just the physiotherapists, treated me like family, and the residents were very kind and grateful. I would definitely do it again.

Excellent team at the residence. I want to highlight the wonderful team I found here. They consistently demonstrated professionalism and dedication in their daily work. The willingness of all the staff to improve is admirable. They are always looking for ways to do things better and offer a high-quality service. It's not a place without its flaws, but the most important thing is that they always show a genuine intention to resolve them and learn from them. I recommend this place for its focus on continuous improvement and the genuine care they provide to the residents.

It's a shame my uncle's stay was so short due to his move to a nearby residence. The experience was incredible from every angle. I'm extremely grateful for the treatment I received from my uncle and for providing me with information regarding my relative's condition. From the reception desk, the caregivers, the psychologist, the physiotherapist, and, no less important, I'd say the most important, for his politeness, the social worker at the residence. A real treat and a good feeling. A hug and thank you.
