Terrible impression of the caregivers!! I visited the center yesterday to assess the situation before a family member was admitted. Upon arrival, while waiting for my appointment with the social worker, we witnessed the caregivers shouting at one of the residents in a wheelchair—a woman we had just spoken to, a lovely woman who told me that this was unfortunately quite common at the center. At another point, another caregiver pushed a resident in a wheelchair at top speed, as if it were a rally race, while yet another practically dragged a resident with a cane who clearly couldn't keep up with the pace she wanted. The wife of a resident who was accompanying him for a walk also told us that this behavior was very common and that the staff's sense of solidarity meant these incidents were kept hidden as much as possible. The facilities or a garden aren't as important; our elderly residents are vulnerable and dependent, and kind and caring treatment from absolutely all the staff is essential. At least show some basic respect for the elderly. I believe the center's management needs to be more consistently present to prevent these situations. If they behave this way towards strangers seeking information or family members, what will happen when they're alone with the residents? I hope the management takes the necessary measures and that Lucía, the resident who was being shouted at while sitting in her wheelchair, receives the respectful treatment she undoubtedly deserves. It's truly deplorable!

A wonderful residence for our loved ones. Family-oriented, caring service, and excellent care for our seniors. The staff are very professional, the kitchen is good, and the facilities are very well-equipped, which is exactly what we need. The building is located in a special location, and the facilities are completely modern and well-maintained.

My father is a resident here, and we can confidently say it's among the best care homes in Cantabria. The facilities are superb. The staff is lovely and caring towards the residents. The entire environment is very well maintained and offers all the necessary services to ensure their comfort. They combine professionalism and compassion, which we greatly appreciate. The staff and activities at the residence were all fine, but the food left much to be desired. I think that with what the residents pay, there's more than enough to provide a decent meal. It's very sad to see a mother complaining and going to bed depressed after eating a sponge cake because the dinner was shameful.
