Opiniones

One of the worst experiences of my life: my mother was admitted with senile dementia, but well cared for and fed. She only lasted a little over a month and a half because there, in that very short period of time, she died dehydrated, malnourished, with a urinary tract infection and kidney failure (and I ask myself, where was the doctor? He didn't know anything, he didn't even inform us of her condition). One Saturday, we were notified that she had "fallen." An ambulance took her to the hospital, which is when we learned of our mother's condition. Since I live outside of Cantabria, I asked if someone could accompany her in the ambulance. The response was that they weren't there for that and that if I wanted, I should hire someone for it. Thank you, thank you to that wonderful professional who gave me that answer, for her kindness and empathy. And what can we say about the organization? They dressed my mother in someone else's clothes, even though we had brought a ton of clothes for her. And when she died, they gave us back almost half of the clothes we had sent to that awful nursing home. Well, let me tell you, if you have a family member there, think very carefully.

We are very unhappy with the treatment of my father. We have found him tied up several times without permission or even being informed of it, locked in his room. The doctor has provided zero information regarding medications and changes, because he said he had too many patients to inform family members about everything. Now, my father is in the CAD and it's a different world. He walks alone, has freedom to move around, and seems much more alert… I do not recommend the Los Robles nursing home to anyone. It's very sad to see how they treat a person like this.

I do not recommend this care home. It's very bad. It has many shortcomings for our elderly residents.

Little time to evaluate well, the place seems great, very pleasant treatment with professionals in abundance and I think the experience, even though it is hard for us, for ours I have a good feeling

Residents cannot go outside (the areas are poorly maintained) for walks. The food is terrible. There is a lack of communication with the doctor.
