La Residencia San Roque destaca por su excelente atención personalizada y el trato cálido del equipo, especialmente bajo la dirección de Belén, lo que genera una atmósfera acogedora donde los residentes se sienten como en casa. Aunque las instalaciones son modestas y de tamaño pequeño, los usuarios valoran profundamente que sus familiares reciban cuidados dedicados y se integren en una comunidad donde prevalece el bienestar emocional sobre las comodidades materiales.

I took a family member (Tata) to this residence on Monday, January 23, 2023. I live in Bezana, and she was previously in a town near Reinosa (Lantueno). Due to work and time constraints, it was very difficult for me to visit her more than once a week. Since we've been admitted, both Tata and I have been very happy. I didn't imagine it would be so easy and convenient, considering how difficult it is to place a family member in a care home. I want to give special mention to Belén, the director, for her advice, her impeccable work, her dedication, and her attention. Little by little, I'm getting to know the people who work there, and I can't thank them enough. It's a small residence, and the facilities aren't the best in the world, but we mustn't forget that the most important thing is being able to take a family member, whoever they may be, to the place where they'll be happiest. I wish I had had the opportunity for her to be there sooner. Thank you so much to the whole team; you are wonderful people.
