My mother-in-law has been a resident at the Orpea nursing home since it was Orpea, and everything was great. Now she's been transferred to BOUCO, and it's shameful. They don't have a doctor; they're completely neglected. (I'm talking about the most dependent residents, at least.) Today they called us and had the nerve to suggest sending her to Valdecilla Hospital or leaving her in their care (when she's completely dehydrated due to the lack of care, and has tachycardia). Are they waiting for her to die in the nursing home? They've got another thing coming. Anyone would be faster.
