I'm not giving it zero because I can't. "Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this senior living facility. Throughout my experience, I've noticed that the care provided to the residents leaves much to be desired. The environment doesn't seem suitable for ensuring the well-being and comfort of the elderly. It's essential that a place like this provides a level of care that guarantees their quality of life, but in this case, I haven't seen the expected commitment to the care and supervision they deserve. I think it's important that any family considering this type of service thoroughly investigates before making a decision." So far, so good. My grandmother is there (she's VERY old and needs constant care) and is happy, given her age and her ailments. I go see her every week, and they're always very kind.
