My mother has been receiving care at Vitalia for some time now, and I couldn't be more grateful to the team that looks after her. From the moment you walk through the door, you can tell it's not "just another nursing home," but a place where the staff's dedication and compassion are felt in every area. The reception staff always greet us with a genuine smile and attentive listening, something that makes all the difference to us as a family every single day. The nursing and support staff demonstrate tremendous professionalism and a warm, personal approach that gives us immense peace of mind: they know what they're doing and they do it with empathy and respect. The care coordinators are always on top of every detail regarding my mother's health and well-being, patiently and clearly explaining any important aspect to us. I also want to highlight the therapy staff, whose active and personalized approach has kept my mother motivated and engaged: the Intensive Care Unit has been fundamental in making her daily life dynamic, participatory, and focused on clear goals for physical and cognitive well-being. Furthermore, the social workers have been a key support for us as a family, guiding and assisting us with procedures and decisions, always with empathy and compassion. In short, at Vitalia, they don't just provide care, they provide excellent care: with professionalism, with affection, and with a level of coordination evident in every daily gesture.
