The treatment of family members is deplorable; they don't answer calls, they don't provide information. It was somewhat better with Paula, but now with Virginia, they are extremely neglected.

After a bad experience at another nursing home in Jerez, I was introduced to Domusvi. I have nothing but words of gratitude because on the occasions I've left my mother at the weekend service, she's been happy and very well cared for. Thank you to the entire staff for taking such good care of her!

My mother, Ana, spent her last days at the care home and passed away there a few days ago. We are so grateful for the care and attention she received from the staff. Ana felt loved, respected, and cared for, which is what all seniors deserve. Everything was made easy for us, and communication with the care home staff and all its professionals was excellent.
