My mother entered that care home and spent eight months there, and it was a terrible experience. During that time, she developed severe bedsores on her feet from the wheelchair and on her trochanter, grade 4 dehydration, and was given no water from admission until discharge. The staff's treatment was appalling, something other residents also confirmed. Without a doubt, for me, this is the WORST care home in existence. I'm giving it one star because there isn't a zero.

My mother has been staying in the seniors' section for a month now, and we couldn't be happier. The staff has been wonderful, both to my mother and to our family. The setting is idyllic, with plenty of space to walk around during visits, and the rooms are clean and welcoming. The distance to get there was a drawback, but that ceases to be one when you see the place and how happy your mother is.
