My father lives at Vitalia Home. It's like one big family. We're delighted with the way they treat my father and us as family. It's very welcoming... During visiting hours, you can walk around as if you were in your own home. The staff are good and eager to do their job well. Thank you.

Incredible. Having to listen repeatedly for several days to an elderly man in a wheelchair, locked in the courtyard, begging for the gate to be opened at almost 10 pm for nearly half an hour... Almost because I called; otherwise, I don't know how much longer he would have been there. Because of this, I called to ask why or when they were going to bring the man back inside, to which they replied, "We'll know what to do," and hung up. I don't know who answered the phone, but how unprofessional to speak in such a condescending way. I understand it's a difficult job, but the way they answered a question makes me wonder what it's like inside...

Hello, I have a relative there, and I'm truly happy with the service. The facilities are very good, and the staff is very committed. Overall, the grandparents feel well cared for and looked after, each with their own unique needs, but the team and staff are attentive to everything. Special mention should be made of the social work team, management, and reception staff, among others.

Good afternoon, I have a relative in this residence and it's a wonderful place. I've been delighted with the staff, especially Eli, the assistant, who is a lovely person, as is Elena. Robert is an excellent person, and all the staff are wonderful. The food is good and the place is very clean. My relative who is staying there is very happy; she says she's in a 5-star hotel, so I couldn't ask for more. I hope everything continues to be so good. Thank you so much for everything.

Excellent care home, I highly recommend it. The staff is wonderful, the cleanliness is superb, and the elderly residents are treated with the respect they deserve.
