The treatment of people here is quite questionable. My grandfather only lasted about two weeks; he wasn't properly cared for. They wouldn't change his diaper, and we had to call several times to get it changed. He developed an ulcer, and when the doctor saw it at the hospital, he couldn't believe it. They also let my grandfather go to the bank wearing pants without underwear or a diaper, which were soaked in urine. When he got back, they hadn't changed him; they just put him back in bed like that. The food was the same. They brought it to him, and if he didn't want it, they wouldn't leave it there; they'd throw it in the trash right in front of him. He suffered a lot of hunger, pain, and shame there because he's conscious even though he's sick. We're obviously going to file a complaint there in person. I advise you that if the people working there aren't truly dedicated to this profession, they shouldn't work in it. Those who care for people there are human beings, and they already have enough to deal with.

The way you treated my grandfather was appalling. He only lasted a week at the center after you made that week a living hell for everyone. He had to go every day because they wouldn't even change his diaper, and he developed bedsores by the second day, receiving no care day or night. I absolutely do not recommend this center for a dependent person.

I'm very happy with the residence; the staff, everyone, is wonderful. My father has been there for six months, coming from another residence, and in that time his mood has changed dramatically. Before, he was always angry and impatient; now he even laughs. The staff is very attentive and always keeps me informed of any problems and even of the activities my father participates in here. They send me photos and videos and are always kind. Everyone is attentive to the residents, from the caregivers to the receptionists. I have absolutely no complaints. I recommend it to anyone who, for whatever reason, is unable to care for their family member.

The management of the Red Cross residence is currently formidable; the change in management is clearly noticeable. There is much greater involvement and dedication from the center's manager, as well as transparency in activities and information for families.

I previously posted a review, and there was a misunderstanding. I didn't really know what had happened, and I got angry. Before I knew, I wrote things I shouldn't have. I want to apologize to the entire team at the residence. I'm so sorry for saying things that weren't your business. You are all great professionals, and I'm no one to judge you. I hope you accept my apology. Best regards, and as I said, I'm sorry.
