Visited a friend. It's a well kept facility, but I'm glad I'm not living there now and hope that it will be a long time before I have to decide whether to move into such a place.

A center where they care for our seniors as if they were part of their own family. Made up of a team of kind, caring people. I recommend it ;)

A very positive experience with my mother's admission: we had to book the residence urgently due to multiple cognitive problems, disorientation, and other physical issues. After four months, there has been a radical change in every aspect: the gym and the physiotherapy have restored her motor skills and physical vitality, while the psychological services and medical follow-up have helped her become calm and lucid. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive; I respect, but don't understand, many of the published reviews: at least in our case, we haven't noticed anything negative. The price... is what it is; I wish all elderly people could benefit from a discount... 100% recommended

ABSOLUTELY NOT. My father underwent a bilateral nephrectomy, which required him to undergo hemodialysis. Dialysis can necessitate lifestyle changes, such as dietary restrictions, meaning there are certain foods that dialysis patients are prohibited from consuming. This center disregarded these instructions, failing to consider that if a dialysis patient regularly consumes prohibited foods, they could experience a range of serious complications that would affect their overall health and well-being. These complications can include heart problems, damage to other organs, poor blood circulation, bone pain, and skin ulcers. Furthermore, an excess of certain nutrients like sodium, potassium, and phosphorus, common in many processed foods and certain vegetables, can be harmful to already weakened kidneys and lead to the accumulation of fluids and toxins in the body. Furthermore, the staff once again demonstrated their incompetence and malpractice. When my father had a fecal incontinence, the "caregiver" rudely forced him into the shower. My father tried to warn her to be careful with the catheter in his collarbone, explaining that if it got wet, immediate action was crucial to prevent complications such as infections or thrombosis. This "caregiver" ignored my father's warnings and forced him into the shower, turning on the tap and soaking the catheter. My father only lasted a month; that's all I'll say.
