I'm giving it one star because I can't give it zero. I find the situation at this care home shameful. The treatment is appalling, there are too few staff members for so many people (3 staff members per shift, according to one of the employees), and of those few, only some treat the elderly residents and their families well. And don't even get me started on the care of our elders. There's preferential treatment for certain families, neglect in hygiene and/or monitoring of their health (to the point that this could lead to a hospital visit), and they don't even let you see the facilities (who knows what the rooms are like or where they eat...). With everything they pay to be there, they deserve at least a minimum standard of living. It leaves so much to be desired...

My aunt was there for at least five years, and we were very happy with the services and the care provided by the center. There was a real sense of warmth and a very personal approach to the patients. I speak from experience, as my aunt had been in another care home previously.

It's shameful and deplorable how they treat elderly residents whose conditions they don't understand, instead of finding specialists as soon as possible. The nursing staff is unqualified; they can't change specific medications without specialist authorization. You can't speak to the doctor because, apparently, he's rarely seen. My husband's mother came in with early-stage Alzheimer's, and in a month and a half or two at most, they've left her in a vegetative state. They don't moisturize her after her shower. I'm giving one star because I can't leave it blank. The situation of these residents is deplorable, especially since they pay €1,350/month for no care. From being tied to a chair to being tied to a bed, they risk bedsores. My husband's mother has early-stage Alzheimer's, and we informed the nurse, who said that since she already had it, there's no need to be careful. The managers are clearly being manipulated—well, there's a lot to say about that—to keep the residents there and keep making money. SHAMEFUL AND VERY REGRETTABLE FOR THE ELDERLY PERSON WHO ISN'T BEING CARED FOR.

My father-in-law was here in 2022, and they wouldn't let us see his room. That's very strange and makes me suspicious.

It's a residence with a very human touch and exceptional care for the elderly, and I say this from experience, having seen how others operate. There's a palpable sense of affection for the residents, which is essential in this type of service.
