Opiniones

This nursing home is the worst. The director says all sorts of nice things, but that's all it is—just words. They also use misleading advertising, claiming to have a physiotherapist, but it's not true. My mother hasn't had rehabilitation for a year because they don't have one. The food...you can eat better in soup kitchens, and the staff is insufficient; two assistants for every ten residents is a lot—that's two assistants for half the nursing home. It's a rip-off. I would be the last place I would recommend. There's a reason they don't let you past the entrance; they don't want people to see what's going on. I certainly don't recommend it at all.

I was delighted with the staff at the center. The service was wonderful, and Beatriz, the director, was incredibly attentive to all the services we needed during my father's stay. I highly recommend this center for any need.

I do not recommend this care home for your elderly relatives. There is a lack of staff and inadequate care. According to the director, two nurses were employed (there was only one, and only part-time; the other was on sick leave with no replacement). If I hadn't gone and requested a doctor's visit (who referred him to the hospital), he would have died there alone with minimal medical attention. The nursing assistants sometimes go above and beyond their duties to try to ensure the residents' well-being, although most have very limited knowledge regarding care and attention. It's a shame.

Very friendly and with a great atmosphere. The staff are very nice and professional.

I believe it is only fair to acknowledge, under the supervision and direction of the new manager, Ms. Beatriz, the magnificent work and effort that "ALL" the nursing home staff is putting in to address the deficiencies and inconsistencies that have been occurring recently. This lady has taken care to analyze every space, schedule, menu, staff, and much more, with the intention of improving and ensuring that this place of living and coexistence is as pleasant as possible for the residents. At the same time, we, family members and caregivers, can rest assured that we are in good hands. Congratulations on this appointment and THANK YOU. Best regards. Maite Sánchez Santos.
