Since the change of ownership, the care home has gone from bad to worse. The latest problem is that they've been without heating for over a week in the middle of December. The treatment of the elderly residents has deteriorated significantly, and they don't even bother to maintain the garden anymore, which is a disgrace. We asked for a complaint form, but since the director isn't returning until January 14th, they refuse to give it to us. We're looking for another care home to get my grandmother out of there before it's too late.

Mi madre está ahí a recuperarse de una rotura , y agradezco el trato recibido por parte de todo el personal , desde el primero hasta el último, pasando por el fisio que hace que ella se sienta segura y capaz para volver a andar ,auxiliares que la tratan con muchísimo cariño y a Santi que esta súper pendiente de ella ,dirección, limpieza ,la psicóloga, enfermera ,,,solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento.Y las instalaciones de 10 .

If I had to choose a care home for my family member again, it would be this one. Thank you for the incredibly kind treatment you gave them and the way you cared for them until the very end. Without a doubt, this center has proven to have a fantastic team of professionals and a director who is truly dedicated to her work. Please continue caring for and treating our elderly as you do.
