I've been fortunate to have enjoyed their services almost from the moment I contacted them. They guided me through this difficult situation. I have nothing but words of gratitude. I've witnessed the professionalism, empathy, tact, understanding, caring, dedication, and vocation of each and every one of their staff. I feel a great sense of peace knowing that my mother is surrounded by this great team who do so much for her and me. THANK YOU.

The staff and facilities are top-notch. My mother has been with AFEAVA for a whopping ten years and a bit. And I must say, the treatment is humane, caring, warm, and very empathetic towards the person and their illness. They are always attentive to meeting her needs. The professionalism of the team is unquestionable, as their training and work experience in this sector speak for themselves.

My mother is a user of the memory unit and the physiotherapy service at AFEAVA. Their treatment has been impeccable from the very beginning. Their attention, care, and above all, professionalism are worthy of note. For me, their empathy with family members is fundamental. From here, I can only express my gratitude for their invaluable work with our elderly, and on a personal level, for the gentleness and affection with which they have always treated us. Thank you very much.

The residents are treated appallingly by the people who run the center and by some of the people who work there. My relative arrived with food stains in her mouth and clothes. If they had to change her, they would put someone else's clothes on her, knowing she had a change of clothes there. We had to admit her with severe dehydration and a urinary tract infection that hadn't been reported in advance. The humane and caring treatment is simply out of the question. They should be aware that they're working with sick people. I don't recommend it at all.

I am the son of a user of the memory classroom and physiotherapy service of AFEAVA. I want to highlight the human factor; it was very gratifying for me to see the desire my mother had and still has to attend her classes every day. This demonstrates the great commitment of all the professionals who make up AFEAVA.
