If it were only for the person who runs it, it would be a five... how professional they have been at all times, attending to any doubt about my mother... or her delicate health.

I've worked in many care homes and I thought they were all awful. When my grandparents' health took a turn for the worse, we considered moving them into a care home. It wasn't an idea I liked because I'd seen them from the inside. But we're very happy with the excellent human and professional care they receive.

I'm a neighbor, and I can tell you that it's not soundproofed at all; you can hear everything. You can hear the agonizing screams of an elderly woman who's been left unattended for hours, and a poor man struggling to push a walker with worn-out rubber tips. I wouldn't take my loved ones to this place.

Honestly, I give it one star because it can't be given less, what I don't understand is why it's open. We took my mother out after 15 days, which is how long it took us to organize the change to another one.
