Opiniones

My aunt Angela is currently here and she's thrilled. And we are too, seeing her so happy. The staff is wonderful. And the services—from the hairdresser to the doctors, cleaning staff, and assistants—the whole team is fantastic. So far, we're delighted.

Hello! I give this residence a -1000 recommendation. Neglected, outdated, broken furniture that they don't bother to replace, broken bathroom doors, etc. And the care for the elderly is terrible, not to mention deplorable. My grandmother (90 years old) entered the residence with perfectly white teeth for over a year without any dental hygiene, no matter how many times we asked, they completely ignored her. She had a blood test result on her arm for five days, and only because we noticed it (meaning she wasn't bathed). The caregivers saw bruises on her leg and did nothing; it was the family members who had to notify the doctor. My grandmother was ill, and they didn't notice, and it was us who had to inform the doctor, who finally gave her medication. I could go on and on with a thousand other things. And that's not even mentioning the rude, arrogant, and despotic director of that residence. His treatment of us was humiliating and disgusting; if he treats the family members like that, I don't even want to imagine... Recommendation -1000 really don't take dependent and vulnerable people there

My friends have their mothers there, and they're not very happy. The bathrooms are dirty, clothes disappear, and often the diapers aren't changed, which is quite bad for what they charge.

My grandfather died a month ago, and ever since then we've been asking for his wheelchair back. Every time we go to ask, they're always gathered around. Finally, they call us to say they've found it, and indeed it isn't my grandfather's wheelchair, but one that's in much worse condition. We finally take it so we can put an end to this whole story. But it's a real joke, it's embarrassing. Be careful with the things you carry, because you won't see them again.

My experience with my mother has been positive during her time here. We received kindness, good treatment, and affection from the staff, and we are very grateful. Unfortunately, my mother passed away early due to a deterioration in her health, but her experience at this nursing home is very positive. Thank you for everything.
