My father spent the last five months of his life at the Loramendi residence. He initially went there to recover from surgery, but the warmth of the staff, the residence's excellent location, and seeing how happy he was encouraged us to extend his stay. We have nothing but words of gratitude: the doctor, the social worker, the psychologist, the physiotherapist, the nursing assistants, the nurses… everyone helped make my father's life a little better during those months. The end came very quickly, but we felt very supported and cared for during those painful moments.

My mother has been in this residence for two months, and so far, everything has been wonderful. They have excellent facilities, and the location is ideal. The staff is very attentive to the residents. Special mention goes to the staff on the lower floor for their kindness and patience. Last week, my mother passed away. I want to give special recognition to Iker from the lower floor for his professionalism and kindness towards my mother and the other residents on that floor. My father has been in the care home for three years. From the very beginning, they made our lives easier, and I always saw my father doing well in every way. The last week of his life was difficult for us, and we felt incredibly supported by all the staff. They not only care for the residents, who are the most important thing, but they also provide support to the families. I especially want to thank the care of the care home doctor, who has been like family to me, always attentive to my father's medical needs and to my grief as his daughter. The psychologist is also incredibly approachable, kind, charming, and professional. The staff on the wards are mostly so patient and caring, and the people at reception are always so friendly, approachable, and willing to help. Thank you all so much for your professionalism and your warmth.
