Overall, the service has been very good. I would especially like to highlight the professionalism, kindness, and attention received from Leticia, Óscar, Garazi, Gimena, Mertxe, Nerea, Araceli, and Ohiana, who have always treated both patients and their families with warmth and respect. However, regarding Gisela's attitude and behavior, I have repeatedly observed that she frequently leaves ("just now") and never returns, which causes distress and a sense of inattention. Furthermore, I find her manner of speaking to both family members and her own colleagues unacceptable, as she uses an authoritarian and dismissive tone. On several occasions I have witnessed how he treats his colleagues in a demeaning manner, supposedly reminding them of his position of superiority, with an attitude that is inappropriate for a healthcare or care environment; Sunday was shameful. Likewise, we have witnessed arguments between assistants in front of patients, situations that should not occur under any circumstances, as they are shameful and embarrassing, and negatively affect the well-being of patients and the image of the center.

As a family, we wish to express our profound dissatisfaction with our experience at this residence, especially with the actions of its director, whose behavior we consider far removed from the minimum standards of respect, empathy, and professionalism required for a position of this responsibility. We find it absolutely unacceptable that the director took the opportunity to speak ill of a resident when questioned about an accident that occurred at the facility. This resident is our family member, a person with physical and cognitive limitations who, precisely because of his condition, deserves especially careful and humane treatment. Furthermore, we consider it extremely serious that he insinuated that the care my brother requires is excessive. Dependent individuals cannot be evaluated based on whether they "require more or less work." A facility of this kind must be prepared and committed to providing appropriate care to those who require greater support, not neglecting them or making them feel like a burden. For all the reasons stated above, we regretfully cannot recommend this residence. We believe that caring for vulnerable individuals demands sensitivity, respect, and a genuine vocation for service—qualities that, in our experience, we did not find.

I give a 10 to Xabier (physio), a 10 to Oscar (social health), a 9 to Maite (social health), a 9 to Ainhoa (social health) and a 10 to Rebeca (social health). The rest go from 0 to 2. We know the reasons very well. I also give a 10 to Dr. Iñaki, the shame is that Iñaki is retiring and he is an excellent doctor, so PLEASE FIND A GOOD DOCTOR, SUITABLE AND QUALIFIED FOR THIS TYPE OF USER. THE DISAPPOINTMENT IS ENORMOUS.
