My mother-in-law was treated appallingly, from the doctor to the assistants. There was a complete lack of compassion, to the point that they suggested a treatment to cognitively disable the resident in order to avoid providing her with adequate care. The administrative staff, the psychologist, and some of the aides were the only exceptions. She was verbally and physically abused, handled roughly to the point of causing bruises, and her medication was administered incorrectly. All of this has led the affected resident to seek another care home. The quality-to-price ratio is extremely poor.

The care issue is unfortunate. We took my grandmother here less than a month ago, and she's fallen repeatedly. They promised constant attention and care, but she keeps falling and returning to the hospital by ambulance.
