I must express my gratitude for the care my father-in-law received until the very end. We received excellent service, both by phone and in person. We were kept informed at all times about his progress and the care he received. I must say thank you so much for your daily efforts with the residents. You do a very demanding job that is often undervalued from the outside. Thank you so much!

This place leaves much to be desired. The atmosphere among the staff isn't the best... it doesn't inspire confidence. And the receptionist's service was a zero. I'm giving it one star because I can't give it zero.

I want to thank the staff at the center for the love, respect, and dedication with which they care for my mother. We are very satisfied with the quality of care they provide. It's a peaceful place.

It's awful...utter negligence...not on the part of the workers, but from management...please, if they don't change, don't leave them there...while you're all doing well, but as soon as you're gone, my poor things...the medical staff are terrible, the nursing staff is terrible...and the managers and administration are even worse...they're never around...it's a nightmare...I don't know why the Provincial Council isn't getting involved.

Ours was not a good experience. They certainly know how to market themselves. But, let's face it, actions speak louder than words. The staff at the check-in were all excellent, but the treatment we received at the check-out was appalling, starting with the receptionist. In the third week, I looked for another residence, and by the fourth, I was gone. To this day, I can say it was the best decision my family could have made. We experienced some unpleasant situations, such as my mother leaving the residence in diapers (despite my repeated assurances that she didn't need them), and the very next day, at her current residence, she was no longer wearing them...and she still is (eight months later). Visitors to my mother during her stay at Caser Artxanda told me they didn't like what they saw (which coincided with my own impression). Every case is different, but based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this center. On the first day, when I met the social worker and the psychologist, they seemed very nice. There were a couple of the assistants who I found lovely and were very caring towards my mother. I'm so grateful that there are people with such humanity and empathy, as it's not an easy job, but it really helps us family members to feel that kindness, since it's already difficult enough to manage the idea of placing your dependent mother in a care home.
