This is a from few years ago: nice to see it's getting views. Enjoyed Bilbao (Bilbo) a lot - not just the gallery - and would happily go again. That thing on legs is a game in which you tried to get coins(?) into a metal frog's mouth. Is it still there?

After my mother passed away in May, I want to thank the entire team at the Residence for their kindness towards her and us. It was a very welcoming and family-like atmosphere, and compared to another residence (where my in-laws were), the care was excellent. There are always things to improve, but overall, we are very grateful for everything we were allowed to do. A thousand thanks to Margarita, Maria, Joana, Michel, Montse, Nancy, Paola, Marga, and apologies to anyone I can't remember at the moment. Thank you for your care of the residents. The nursing home where my mother currently resides is exceptional in every way. From the moment we walked through the door, we felt welcomed and comfortable in a warm and welcoming environment. The first thing that impressed me was the attention and care provided by the staff. They are highly trained and dedicated professionals who genuinely care about the residents' well-being. They are always available to answer questions, listen to concerns, and provide emotional support to both residents and their families. One of the things I like most about this home is the individualized approach they take toward each resident.
