The residence stands out for the human and professional qualities of its entire team. From the moment you arrive, you'll notice a warm, respectful, and very well-organized atmosphere where the well-being of our residents is always the top priority. I want to especially highlight the work of its director, Rocío, whose care is impeccable: professional, approachable, and always ready to listen and address any need with great empathy. Likewise, Ane, from social services, deserves special recognition for her warm approach, dedication, and constant involvement with families and residents. My mother has been there for just over a year and a half, and it's truly the closest thing to being at home, since due to her cognitive impairment, it's impossible for her to be alone. There, she is cared for and looked after 24/7, and the peace of mind this gives the family is priceless. The facilities, activities, and resources for residents are numerous and high-quality, but without a doubt, the greatest asset is the staff. The close and caring treatment they give everyone makes you forget it's a nursing home; we're all one big family there. We made the right choice, 100%.
