Opiniones

It's a large nursing home, and I've seen that the residents are very well cared for. When I visited, they were very kind and attentive to our group at all times. Thank you.

The only worthwhile thing about this residence is the team that runs the workshops for seniors; the rest is a horror movie. If you're mentally sound and can complain, fine; otherwise, the neglect is total.

  • MARIA JOSE SESMA

The absolute worst, especially when the residents are nearing the end of their lives and become more of a burden. Don't believe a word the doctors and nurses say, and get your relatives out of this isolated, hilltop residence. Any other facility is better, and with over 100 residents, they're all required to have doctors. Any doctor at another facility has more ethics and compassion than the doctors who work at Aspaldiko, who call you "darling" while trying to speed up "the process" for their own benefit.

Unempathetic staff—could the staff at this institution care less about the patients? It's impossible because they don't care in the slightest. Serving them with food that has no nutritional value and is of no help to patients who need to recover is the perfect recipe for incompetence.

This is not a recommended residence. A resident disappears from the security area and they don't notice for hours, not to mention the quality of the food, loss of clothing, and lack of medical attention for injuries.
